Supportive Souls Association is a Registered, Not For Profit Society. Founded to support people with low income, harm reduction and the homeless within our communities. We also work with people having a tough time meeting basic needs of life, often with Mental health and Addictions. We stand as a channel and link them to valuable resources connecting them with supportive Government Agencies and other Professionals in the field of mental health & addictions.
We are grateful for the support of the volunteers at our programs! We uphold:
1. Peer Support: We offer an emotionally safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
2. Treatment Initiatives and Community Engagement: We believe in the power of human connection and actively foster a sense of community. When there is a need we move to fill with our deed of support and treating all who need to clean up and get back to the community, doing well and better!
3. Referral and Resource Network: We maintain a comprehensive network of community resources and collaborate with other organizations to ensure individuals receive the support they need.
4. Volunteer and Volunteer Opportunities: We provide volunteering opportunities for individuals who want to make a difference in their community. Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting our initiatives, organizing events, and offering their skills and expertise to benefit those in need.
